Blyssful union is not responsible for the use of any product that has been used in any other way than that has not been directeted on the site or on the product label.

Please be aware that depending on the such natural enviouromental condition such as weather, soil, seasons, ect, the oils and herbs of the same plant can vary in each batch

Even natural products can be toxic if misused in any way, such as a continues use of one product over a long period of time, so please take note of precautions given by Blyssful Union as Blyssful Union are not responsible for misuse of any products

Oils and herbs have been dear to the hearts of Blyssful Union from birth, and we hope our experiences will assist you in sourcing the best quality products at very affordable prices.

Blyssful Union are assuming that when you are buying oils, or herbs for use other than skin and hair care, that you have, researched it yourself thoroughly or have consulted a qualified aromatherapy practitioner, as the information given by Blyssful Union, is for educational use only, and is not medical or intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease.

Oil Precautions
Do not use directly on the skin, oil should be diluted with carrier massage oils, soap bases, lotion bases, bath salts, powders ect.
Oils are not for internally consumption
Keep oils away from children, eyes and pets
Use extreme caution when using oils with children, and give children only the gentlest oils at extremely low concentrations.
Perform a skin patch test prior to using oils that you have never used before.
Discontinue use if any adverse effects occur
Exercise caution when using a particular herb for a long length of time
If pregnant, epileptic, have liver damage, cancer, or have any other medical problems, seek guidance from a qualified aromatherapy practitioner

We sell herbs for holistic cosmetic skin and hair food blends, if using herbs for the intention of ingestion or in any other way, we advice that you do research it yourself thoroughly of have consulted a trained herbalist, as the information given by Blyssful Union, is for educational use only, and is not medical or intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease.

Please be aware that Blyssful Union’s freshly hand made product may vary in colour, pattern, texture and aroma, from batch to batch depending on the raw environmental conditions that are totally beyond our control.

Delivery
Items are usually dispatch within a working day of order, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, and 2-3 weeks for outside UK orders
Our delivery rates are based on royal mail pricing which are automatically calculated (depending on weight and destination) at checkout.

Returns
Items can be returned if you are unhappy with your purchase. Blyssful Union do not accept returns or exchange, unless the product is damaged, and you have purchased optional insurance, or if we have made an error on your order, or if the product is unopen and wrapped and returned via first class recorded delivery in its original condition within 2 days of receipt of your order after which refund of the purchase price will be issued. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for a refund. The cost of sending the goods back to us will be bound by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancallations
Refunds are given if an order is cancelled prior to dispatch.

Pricing
We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice but will not increase the price of ordered goods which are awaiting delivery. We do not charge vat and there is no minimum order.
