Ginkgo is commonly used for the brain and lungs, this it due to its actions on improving circulation, as that increases the blood flow to the brain. It contains a compound that is said to improve breathing and therefore increase energy. It also acts as an antioxidant. Its many uses include; asthma, artery disease, cold hands and feel, early stages of Alzheimer’s, tied brain, hearing loss and depression.
In skin care its uses include; cellulite, varicose veins, anti-aging, firming, and generally improving the appearance of the skin.
